Your mental health should always be a top priority; getting the help you need should be easy, convenient and personalized.
I provide solution-focused therapy that offers real and manageable tools that empower our clients to; not only take control of their lives, but "walk a path" to the bright and beautiful future, they want and deserve.
I specialize in Individual, Family and Marriage Therapy, incorporating Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) to assist in the reduction of traumatic memories, PTSD, and trained in The Gottman Method for marital difficulties.
Born and raised in England from a multicultural background, I have always had a passion for meeting new people and listening to their stories. Consistently being exposed to different perspectives pushed me to think independently and hence a heightened empathy for others, from many different backgrounds.
I graduated with a Master of Science in Mental Health and Counseling at Nova Southeastern University in Florida.
The past two decades have been dedicated to helping clients with a wide array of needs.
My goal is solution-focused therapy, alongside providing support and practical feedback to help clients resolve current personal issues and eliminate negative behavioral patterns.
In addition, identifying the best interventions for client growth and wellbeing is key to my practice philosophy.
